Job Title: Post Trade Engineering Program Manager
Work Model: In person 5x a week in office, Manhattan based
Comp: total cash compensation 200-600k candidate dependent
Summary: A top tier hedge fund is seeking a post trade program manager to join their post trade engineering group and drive multiple projects end to end. The post trade engineering program manager will have strong drive and sense of operational excellence with the ability to map goals/programs to business objectives that improve process efficiency and organizational performance.

- Large scale technical program coordination
- Learn new domains quickly
- Strong stakeholder communication and partnership
- Builds structured, sustainable, efficient processes
- Post trade experience: Middle/back office, Reconciliation, clearing, settlements, custody, security master, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic planning, goal setting and execution aligned to intra year milestones
- Resource allocation
- Multi-task and intake triage from stakeholders, negotiate prioritization effectively, delegate to team (delegate domain problems to BAs & TLs). Go deep into detail quickly on top priorities; manage lower priorities from higher level.
- Forge strong stakeholder partnerships with other cross functional engineering teams (e.g. Platform, SRE, etc)
Salary : $180,000 - $600,000
