This firm invests in industrials, manufacturing, business services, healthcare and chemicals. You will play a pivotal role in driving investment strategies, managing portfolio companies, and leading deal origination and execution. With 15 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, you will leverage your expertise to identify and capitalize on investment opportunities, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deal Origination and Execution : Identify, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities in the lower middle market. Lead due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
- Portfolio Management : Oversee and manage portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive value creation and operational improvements.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investment bankers, brokers, and other key stakeholders to source and secure investment opportunities.
- Strategic Planning : Contribute to the development and execution of the firm's investment strategy, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and growth initiatives.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the firm.
- Fundraising and Investor Relations : Support fundraising efforts and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors. Prepare and present investment materials and performance reports.
