- Fundraising Process Management: Manage the end-to-end fundraising process, including preparing marketing materials and negotiating terms.
- Investor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with existing investors and serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, updates, and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the investment team to understand portfolio companies' unique selling points and communicate these effectively to prospective investors.
- Industry Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting fundraising efforts.
Requirements:

- A minimum 5-8 years of experience in Capital Formation or Investor Relations within Private Equity or Alternative Investments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling effective articulation of complex investment concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital and closing deals in a competitive fundraising environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and possess strong project management skills.
