Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement a robust product strategy for Personal Lines to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new products and enhancements.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes to guide product development and pricing.
- Work closely with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to ensure product strategies align with company goals.
- Ensure all products adhere to state insurance regulations and stay informed about relevant laws.
- Mentor and lead team members, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Set and monitor KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in product management or development within the homeowners insurance sector.
- Specialized experience in Personal Lines.
- In-depth understanding of Florida's insurance regulations and market trends.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
