Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement a robust product strategy for Personal Lines to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new products and enhancements.
• Stay abreast of market trends, competitor actions, and regulatory changes to guide product development and pricing.
• Work closely with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to ensure product strategies align with company goals.
• Ensure all products adhere to state insurance regulations and stay informed about relevant laws.
• Mentor and lead team members, fostering a culture of high performance.
• Set and monitor KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives and support data-driven decision-making.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in product management or development within the homeowners insurance sector.
• Specialized experience in Personal Lines.
• In-depth understanding of Florida's insurance regulations and market trends.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software pertinent to insurance product management.
