- Apply core CS concepts: OOP, algorithms, multithreading, networking, Linux internals
- Develop and optimize low-latency applications
- Work on DeFi and blockchain projects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Provide mentorship to junior developers
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Rust
- Solid understanding of core CS concepts
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- 1-3 years of professional programming experience
- Immediate availability
- Top 15 school
Preferences:
- Experience in trading firms or as a quant developer
- Expertise in low-latency applications
- Experience with profiling and optimizing applications
- Knowledge of advanced math or statistics
- Familiarity with DeFi, blockchain fundamentals, JSON-RPC, MEV, Solidity, or Solana
- Comfortable with AWS services
