A leading financial services and investment manager is looking to add an experienced professional to join their new growing team as an RFP / DDQ Writer! The position will be hybrid based in NYC (Monday-Thursday in-person / Friday remote).

Responsibilities

  • Complete and review team requests for proposals and due diligence requests (RFPs, DDQs, Ad-hoc requests)
  • Update and Maintain Data Rooms
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners to support sales process

Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience with RFPs / RFIs / DDQs or client services within investment management
  • Proficient in Excel and RFP softwares (Responsive / Qvidian / Rocketdocs ect.)
