Senior Associate, Asset Management
A well-established real estate investment firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join its Investment Management Team . This role will be instrumental in overseeing asset management functions for a diverse portfolio, including multifamily, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties . The Senior Associate will drive budgeting, leasing strategy execution, business plan implementation, and investment analysis while collaborating with joint venture partners and supporting financing, recapitalization, and disposition efforts.
Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute asset management and leasing strategies across multifamily, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties to enhance portfolio performance.
- Lead budget review and finalization in collaboration with the operations team.
- Assist in preparing cash flow analyses and investment return projections .
- Support financing, recapitalization, and disposition processes.
- Compile and review investment analyses for management, lenders, and investment partners.
- Conduct financial modeling to assess property performance, make strategic recommendations, and generate ad hoc reports for ownership.
- Manage the review and dissemination of annual appraisals .
- Conduct site visits with partners and lenders to inspect assets, perform due diligence, and conduct market research.
