A top private equity firm in Boston is looking to bring on a new Senior Business Analyst or Product Manager to their Real Estate team.

Responsibilities :

  • Gather business requirements and translate to technical teams on initiatives such as data flows, data modeling, and UI designs.
  • Facilitate application support for real estate portfolio management tools
  • Lead UAT and system planning

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 7 years of experience
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, etc.
  • Proficiency in real estate portfolio management systems (Yardi, Argus, etc.)
