About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Operations Manager to help build out the new and existing capabilities of our annuities offering. You will collaborate with various teams to design, refine, implement, and manage operational workflows and processes for the insurance agency. You will ensure we deliver best-in-class service to our end clients, RIAs, and carrier partners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage insurance agency operations
* Design and implement operational workflows for annuity transactions
* Collaborate with insurance carriers to understand and meet operational requirements
* Foster relationships with key operations contacts at RIA firms and insurance carriers
* Track and report key metrics and performance indicators
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of relevant work experience in operations in insurance
* Deep knowledge of various annuity products
* Proven track record in operations and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
* Existing relationships with major insurance carriers and/or RIAs
* Experience in a startup environment
Compensation
* Competitive base salary range: $100,000 - $125,000 plus bonus
* Comprehensive benefits package
Salary : $100,000 - $128,000
