My client, a software development company based out of Westford, MA is looking to bring on a Staff Accountant to perform accounting duties associated with account reconciliation assistance, monthly close review, and general ledger.
Qualifications:
- Recent college graduate to 1-2 years of Corporate Accounting Experience (internships welcome but must be in accounting)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- ERP system experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel
Repsponsibilities:
- Be a key player in corporate month-end close process (account reconciliatio, general ledger, consolidation
- Assist with company's internal financial reporting needs including variance analysis
- Work with Big 4 Audit team to help support audit efforts
- Support in the implementation of global monthly financial close
