Job Description:
As a Restructuring Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing restructuring projects for our clients. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, financial analysis, and operational expertise to companies in distress, working closely with stakeholders to help them navigate complex financial challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage turnaround and restructuring projects from start to finish.
- Provide financial analysis and create comprehensive restructuring plans.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve company operations and financial stability.
- Collaborate with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders to negotiate agreements.
- Identify and assess risks associated with restructuring projects.
- Oversee a team of professionals and ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of direct turnaround and restructuring experience.
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Proven experience managing teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to Travel Required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Certification such as CTP (Certified Turnaround Professional) is a plus.
