Job Title: Vice President / Director, Equity Capital Markets (ECM) – Private Placements & PIPEs

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Vice President or Director with expertise in Equity Capital Markets (ECM), specializing in private placements and PIPE transactions. This role will lead ECM engagements for middle-market clients, focusing on industries such as healthcare, technology, media, communications, power, and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage private placements and PIPE transactions from origination to execution.
• Supervise and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring professional growth and high performance.
• Build and maintain client and investor relationships, providing strategic ECM advisory.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify capital market trends and investor appetite.
• Prepare financial models, presentations, and transaction documentation.
• Contribute to business development efforts and new client acquisition.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of ECM experience with a focus on private placements and PIPEs.
• Strong industry knowledge in healthcare, technology, media, communications, power, energy, or related industries.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and executing complex transactions.
• Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
