A private equity firm with more than $15 billion in capital commitments, is seeking an experienced Vice President to drive capital raising efforts and build relationships with institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to raise capital from institutional investors (pension funds, endowments, foundations, family offices).
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at institutional investor firms.
- Manage the full fundraising lifecycle, from identifying potential investors to closing capital commitments.
- Provide updates to investors on fund performance and market trends.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of investor interactions and fundraising activities.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is a plus.
- 7 years of experience in institutional investor relations or capital raising, preferably in private equity, asset management, or investment banking.
- Proven track record of raising capital from institutional investors.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with deep market insight and a collaborative mindset.

Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
