- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and implement cutting-edge sales strategies to attract capital from institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and family offices.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and sustain meaningful connections with key decision-makers at institutional investor firms.
- Manage the Full Fundraising Lifecycle: Oversee the entire fundraising process, from go-to-market strategy to securing capital commitments.
- Develop Product Strategy: research product landscape, development competitive analysis, and lead marketing material concepts.
- Maintain Detailed Records: Ensure meticulous documentation of investor interactions and fundraising activities.
- Mentor and Collaborate: Guide junior team members and work closely with internal teams to achieve our goals.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 7 years in institutional investor relations or capital raising, preferably in private credit, asset management, or investment banking.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in private credit fundraising project management or business development
Salary : $175,000 - $225,000
