Seldin Company is seeking a Roving Property Manager. Travel may be 80% or greater depending on the portfolio's location or needs of our communities. This position will pay up to $55,000 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.
*Experience with Affordable Housing to include HUD and Tax Credit is required.

What You Will Do
The Roving Community Business Manager ensures that the properties' operations in the assigned oversight areas comply with the standards and expectations of Seldin Company and established property-specific goals. The VP of Property Management or Regional Manager will assign sites for this role. The Roving Community Business Manager should use management and leadership skills to train, motivate, and empower our associates to reach their goals and those of the property. Travel may be 80% or greater depending on the portfolio's location or changes to the portfolio.
Skills and Requirements

- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and organization skills
- Budget and financial reporting knowledge
- Two years of management experience
- Three to four years of property management experience
- Associates or Bachelors degree in any field or industry certifications will be considered
