We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with expertise in SAP RISE & GROW projects and experience with SAP Activate Methodology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading SAP implementation, migration, and transformation projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP RISE & GROW project implementations, migrations, and upgrades.
- Utilize SAP Activate Methodology to drive project planning, execution, and governance.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Oversee cutover planning, risk management, and issue resolution throughout project phases.
- Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and industry standards.
- Provide leadership in change management and end-user training.
- Track and report project progress, risks, and deliverables to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in SAP project management.
- Proven experience managing SAP RISE & GROW projects.
- Good Experience of SAP Activate Methodology and its implementation approach.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA cloud migrations, deployment models, and integrations.
- Familiarity with business transformation, digital innovation, and cloud adoption strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, SAP Activate, or other relevant certifications required.
