We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Lead with expertise in SAP S/4HANA and hands-on experience with RISE with SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading SAP technical teams, developing and implementing SAP solutions, and working with advanced cloud technologies. Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry is highly preferred, as the role requires an understanding of industry-specific regulatory and operational requirements.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and integration with other systems.
Utilize RISE with SAP to deliver cloud-based SAP solutions and drive transformation across various business processes.
Act as a key technical resource, providing expert-level guidance on SAP architecture, design, and configuration, particularly for complex implementations within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
Lead and coordinate technical teams to design and develop SAP solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA with other systems, including third-party applications, legacy systems, and cloud-based solutions.
Manage the end-to-end technical lifecycle of SAP projects, including system design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Ensure adherence to best practices for SAP security, performance optimization, data integrity, and compliance, particularly within the life sciences or healthcare industry sector.
Collaborate closely with functional leads and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions that support business objectives.
Guide the development and maintenance of SAP system documentation, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and operational manuals.
Support the development of custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces based on business needs, leveraging the SAP development toolkit (ABAP, Fiori, etc.).
