We are seeking a talented and experienced professional with expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) , E-Commerce , SAP S / 4HANA , and hands-on experience with RISE with SAP . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales and distribution processes, e-commerce platforms, and order-to-cash (O2C) workflows, along with a strong background in the life sciences or healthcare industry.
Responsibilities :
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SD solutions within the SAP S / 4HANA environment, specifically focusing on e-commerce integration and order-to-cash (O2C) processes.
Leverage RISE with SAP to implement cloud-based solutions that streamline sales and distribution processes, enabling enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency.
Integrate e-commerce platforms with SAP SD to provide seamless online order processing, real-time inventory visibility, and order management for B2B and B2C customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement SAP SD configurations for pricing, billing, sales orders, shipping, and delivery management.
Analyze business requirements and configure SAP SD to meet the needs of the business, ensuring end-to-end alignment across sales, logistics, and finance processes.
Work with the development and IT teams to enhance e-commerce integrations, ensuring that the SAP SD module is fully connected to external e-commerce platforms, third-party systems, and customer-facing interfaces.
Provide guidance on best practices for sales, distribution, and order management, focusing on optimizing the order fulfillment cycle and improving customer satisfaction.
Support the training, testing, and post-implementation phases, ensuring smooth adoption and user proficiency in the SAP SD system.
