What you should have:
- 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Ability to understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.
- Experience prospecting or cold-calling new businesses and selling/upgrading major clients.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Attend local networking events.
- You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and delivering customized staffing solutions.
- Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
- Identifying and targeting potential clients in various industries who require both general contractual/temporary staffing services.
- Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions aligned with their business goals.
- Leveraging your understanding of the decision-making processes within client organizations to tailor your approach effectively.
- Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and securing new business.
