Arcos Industries, LLC, part of a financially successful $100MM privately held company, located in Mt. Carmel, PA, is looking for an experienced Plant Controller. Reporting directly to the Corporate CFO, this position will be responsible for cost accounting, assisting with accounts payable, financial reporting and financial analysis. We are seeking a candidate that has three to five years of accounting / finance experience, preferably in manufacturing, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; a CPA is a plus but is not required. The candidate should have solid communication skills, be able to work independently and proven skills at extracting and analyzing information to make recommendations to improve financial results.
