Job Description
The Human Resources Clerk will execute various HR and administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations and provide exceptional support to employees and applicants. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Manage and upload incoming unemployment insurance mail to the relevant systems.
- Assist applicants by walking them through the job application process and answering related inquiries.
- Provide clear and detailed information to applicants about application procedures.
- Conduct thorough historical employment date checks for verification purposes.
- Ensure office name plates are updated and accurately reflect employee changes.
- Provide administrative support to the benefits team.
- Serve as the first contact for HR and benefit phone lines.
- Address and redirect calls as necessary, providing helpful information to callers.
- Provide backup support to the front desk and HR clerk as needed.
- Support the HR team with additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Compensation Information
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
