This fully remote role is perfect for someone who thrives on maintaining and strengthening relationships with large-scale business clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new revenue opportunities. You’ll work with thousands of business owners throughout the Northeast, collaborating with both sales and service operations to maintain the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing commercial clients, managing a portfolio of Tier 1 enterprise accounts.
- Foster long-term relationships through virtual meetings, regular follow-ups, and consistent communication.
- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and delivering solutions that demonstrate value and expertise.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and tailor pest control solutions accordingly.
Customer Success & Retention:
- Work closely with service operations to ensure seamless service delivery and problem resolution.
- Monitor client feedback, proactively addressing potential issues before they escalate.
- Develop and execute account management strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular virtual reviews with key clients to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to create customized service plans and proposals that enhance client value.
- Track and analyze account performance, implementing strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Prepare and deliver virtual presentations that showcase the value of additional services.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Partner with leadership to ensure revenue goals are met and exceeded.
- Coordinate with the service team to align client needs with operational capabilities.
- Share insights and feedback to help improve sales strategies and client management practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in account management or client relations, preferably in an enterprise or commercial setting (3–5 years).
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain and grow large-scale client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in pest control or a related service industry is a plus, but not required.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Proficiency in CRM systems to track client interactions and account status.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but relevant experience and results matter most.

Compensation:
- Base Salary: $75,000
- Commission: 5% on upsell and cross-sell revenue
- Uncapped earning potential: Your dedication defines your paycheck!
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 – $120,000
- Top Performers: Earning potential of $500,000 in annual revenue growth
