- Oversee daily dispatch and coordination of transportation crews and equipment
- Manage fleet maintenance, compliance, and DOT regulations
- Lead and develop a team of up to 20 employees
- Ensure safety, biosecurity, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers across multiple states
- Support budget goals, cost controls, and inventory accuracy
Required:
- Transportation logistics experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Tech savvy—Microsoft Office & logistics software
- General Business Knowledge/Training
- Valid Driver’s License
- Poultry or livestock transportation experience
- Associate degree in logistics or related field
- CDL Class A License
