Poultry Farm Manager : MN Location : Willmar, MN Type : Full Time Experience : Manager / Supervisor Responsible for the operations of poultry (Turkey Breeder) Farm.
This leadership position Includes supervising a team of employees that care for egg laying birds. This includes maintaining the facilities to ensure a safe working environment.
Ensure animals are cared for according to specific animal welfare standards and in a bio-secure environment as developed by our internal veterinary medicine team.
Develop and implement policies and practices that provide quality poults for our international customer base, within established fiscal goals. >

Working Supervisor This position will develop schedules based on customer needs, facility / equipment capacity. Produce reports on egg production and breeder farm activities to meet production standards.
Develop and maintain staff education and practices that meet animal welfare and bio-security standards. Demonstrated time management skills, leadership, communication, and computer skills that support organizational standards.
