$22–25/hour (Base Performance Bonus)
Paid Vacation & Holidays | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Location: Lebanon City
Preferably located within 45 minutes of Lebanon Downtown

What You’ll Do

  • Admin Support: Manage calendars, book appointments, and handle travel.
  • Point of Contact: Communicate with clients, team members, and partners.
  • Meeting Prep: Create agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Stay Organized: Track deadlines, projects, and key documents.
  • Digital Filing: Keep everything neatly organized and easy to find.
  • Office Tasks: Order supplies, support a productive workspace.
  • Tech & Social Media: Help with content, promotions, and tech projects.
  • QuickBooks: Assist with accounting tasks like expenses and invoices.
  • HR & Recruiting: Help with hiring, interviews, onboarding, and records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
