About the Role:

✅ Requirements:
- Must reside in the Philippines, Egypt, or Mexico
- 2 years of experience in real estate cold calling or sales
- Confident, neutral or American accent (English B2–C1 level)
- Skilled in objection handling, rapport building, and appointment setting
- Reliable high-speed internet, quiet work environment, and quality headset
- Comfortable with CRMs and basic performance tracking tools
- Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Making high-volume outbound calls to homeowners
- Engaging leads, asking qualifying questions, and setting appointments
- Following proven scripts and adapting in real time
- Logging activity and notes in our CRM
- Supporting team KPIs and working closely with leadership
