Transaction Coordinator – Real Estate Wholesaling
Location: Lebanon, PA (Preferably within 35 minutes of downtown)

Compensation: $50,000–$67,000 (Base Commission Bonuses)

What You’ll Do
- Manage Transactions: Oversee contracts and communication from contract to close.
- Use Real Estate Tools: Work with CRMs like ReadyMode and GoHighLevel to track documents and automate workflows.
- Ensure Compliance & Timelines: Keep records organized, track deadlines, and maintain deal momentum.
- Communicate Across Parties: Coordinate with buyers, sellers, title companies, attorneys, agents, and internal teams.
- Close Deals on Time: Help hit key benchmarks like listing properties within 7 days.
- Solve Problems Quickly: Flag bottlenecks and work with leadership to keep operations smooth.
- Keep Everyone in the Loop: Provide real-time updates and flag issues before they become problems.
What You Bring
- 1 year of real estate transaction coordination experience (wholesaling is a big plus)
- Comfortable with tools GoHighLevel, or similar CRMs
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Problem-solving mindset and team-first attitude
