Who We’re Looking For
We need a detail-oriented, proactive Transaction Coordinator who understands the intersection of real estate, technology, and operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless deal flow, coordinating between clients, title companies, and internal teams while keeping everything organized and on track.

What You’ll Do
✅ Own the Transaction Process – Manage contracts, documentation, and communication from contract to closing.
✅ Leverage Technology – Utilize real estate CRMs (ReadyMode, GoHighLevel) to streamline data entry, document tracking, and workflow automation.
✅ Ensure Compliance & Accuracy – Maintain accurate records, deadlines, and timelines to keep deals moving efficiently.
✅ Communicate with Key Players – Act as the primary liaison between buyers, sellers, title companies, attorneys, agents, and internal sales teams.
✅ Optimize Deal Flow – Ensure transactions close on time and meet company targets (such as listing properties within the 7-day timeframe).
✅ Problem-Solve in Real Time – Identify and resolve bottlenecks, working closely with the COO to improve efficiency.
✅ Maintain Real-Time Updates – Keep internal teams informed on transaction status, delays, or potential issues before they become roadblocks.
