Select Laboratory Partners is seeking to hire a full time specimen collector. Position working in a physician office laboratory in Durham, NC. Days and hours are Monday - Friday, day shift. Full time position offers options for medical, dental and vision benefits. In addition company paid life insurance and opportunity to enroll in 401K provided by ADP personnel management company. High school diploma/GED required. Background screening will be performed.
Job duties include:
Maintain the highest level of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Enter patient information observing HIPPA regulations into laboratory information system.
Conduct urine specimen collection
Follow specimen collection, handing and processing procedures
Follow Universal precautions and OSHA standards
Maintain written records as required
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
