RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy in Lake Barrington, IL is seeking a Part-Time Behavior Technician to join a fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team!
Our ABA team offers both clinic-based and home-based services under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. A Behavior Technician works 1:1 with children with an Autism diagnosis in the child’s homes and in our clinic. They implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Case Manager. All therapists are supervised by the BCBA/Case Manager on a weekly basis. They are responsible for collecting and recording data based on observable client behavior. An ABA therapist implements services based on the principles of Verbal Behavior and Applied Behavior Analysis to children 2-12. They receive and implement feedback in a professional manner. We are unable to consider a new grad ABA/ BCBA for this opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Work 1:1 with children with an Autism diagnosis in the child's homes and our facilities.
- Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
- Some travel may be required.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
