Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- Dyersville
Location: 120 Twin Steeples Circle, Suite 120, Dyersville, IA 52040
Schedule: Part Time Hours-Monday-Friday
Compensation: starting at $36.00/hour

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Outpatient physical therapy clinical rotation if a current student
- Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
