Position: Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient
Location: 5605 W Eugie Ave, Suites 212 & 215 Glendale, Arizona 85304
Incentives: $5,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program
Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Glendale, AZ. This is a large multi-disciplinary clinic with primarily a Neuro and Ortho case load.

Responsibilities
- Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
- Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
- High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
- Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.
Qualifications
- Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
- State SLP licensure required
- ASHA certification is required
- 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
