Position: Speech Language Pathologist
Location: 10503 W Thunderbird Blvd, Ste 200 Sun City, AZ 85351
Incentives: $10,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $74,000, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program
Banner Physical Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Sun City, Arizona. Center Specialties include: Ortho, Neuro, Vestibular, Amputees, Hand Therapy, Dry Needling, Concussion, Revital, and Fall Prevention. Previous experience with adult outpatient population preferred. Must have CCCs for this position!

Responsibilities
- Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
- Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
- High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
- Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.
Qualifications
- Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
- State SLP licensure required
- ASHA certification is required
- 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
