Our nursing team provides comprehensive care to chronically and critically ill patients requiring extended hospital stays. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality patient care to chronically and critically ill patients, requiring extended hospital stays, and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- To conduct thorough patient assessments, interpret diagnostic data, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes.
- To collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and promote a culture of safety and quality improvement.
Requirements
- RN License valid in the state of West Virginia required.
- BLS certification required at hire.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- Clinical experience preferred, especially in Critical Care, Med Surg, IMCU, Tele, or Stepdown environments.
