Job Summary
The Director of Quality Management will be responsible for coordinating all survey activities, including organizing monthly QAPI Team meetings and reviewing quarterly quality improvement reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all survey activities to assure accreditation, certification, and licensure.
- Organize monthly interdisciplinary QAPI Team meetings.
- Review quarterly quality improvement reports.
- Assist with the development and implementation of medical staff quality improvement activities.
- Lead the hospital team in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) at least annually and for every level 3-4 incident.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous clinical experience, a passion for upholding high-quality standards, and a valid professional RN clinical license in the work State.
