We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse/RN to join our team at Select Specialty Hospital-Willingboro, NJ. Our hospital provides critical illness recovery care for patients who require extended hospital stays.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage resources during your assigned shift to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and individual growth.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address patient-specific and facility-wide needs.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid State RN License.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five years of experience in critical care/progressive clinical care.
- Prior clinical management experience.
- BSN degree.
