Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager
Location: 126 E Main Street Payson, AZ 85541
Incentives: Up to $20,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Compensation: Salaried, starting at $100,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program

- Must be a graduate of an Ameri can Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
- CPR Certification
