Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing direct patient care to chronically and critically ill patients
- Conducting initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments
- Documenting patient information accurately and timely
- Interpreting lab results and other diagnostic data
- Participating in Rapid Response and code events
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Valid State RN License
- BLS certification at hire
- ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
