Responsibilities
This entry-level position assists the Director of Project Management with the following tasks:
- Assist Director of Project Management and team with all FFE Furniture Fixtures and Equipment need to support the opening, relocation or renovation of a facility
- Assist FFE team with and understands how to interpret a project schedule to deliver FFE on time, on schedule and on budget
- Responsible for obtaining proposals, issuing PO’s and processing invoices related to FFE
- Responsible for vendor relationships and coordination
- Responsible for managing offsite storage inventory of FFE
- Responsible for coordination of movers
- Supports assigned Design and Construction Manager and Directors
- Assist with PO’s and invoices related to construction agreements
- Assist with various projects within the department as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to learn software programs used in the department to complete tasks. Current programs that will be used are Select Marketplace, Markview, Blue Beam, and Smartsheet.
- Strong organizational and mathematical skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem Solver.
- Ability to anticipate outcomes and potential challenges in process
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, ability to work at varying levels within the organization and external to the organization
- Analytical, ability to anticipate effects of decisions and next steps.
- Self-starter and forward thinking
- Independent while working in a team environment.
