- Coordinating survey activities to maintain accreditation, certification, and licensure.
- Organizing monthly QAPI Team meetings and reviewing quarterly quality improvement reports.
- Assisting the Medical Director and Quality Program Director in developing medical staff quality improvement activities.
- Leading hospital teams in performing RCA for level 3-4 incidents.
