Job Responsibilities:
Serve as an IT analyst performing a wide range of professional tasks in an IT environment.
Provide problem diagnosis, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and network products.
Use specialized diagnostic tools with elevated privileges to troubleshoot issues.
Lead and oversee teams working on processes, procedures, and technical specifications.
Plan, design, and manage analytical and technical assignments.
Provide server support, telecommunications support, and database systems support.
Essential Skills and Duties:
Effective communication with users, unit staff, and managers.
Broad system knowledge, familiarity with computer equipment, and end-user software.
Ability to analyze operational problems, investigate alternative solutions, and assess risks.
Ability to document and report progress on tasks and issues.
Collaborate with and teach other team members.
