Shipping and Receiving Associate

Select Products Limited manufactures, customizes, packages, and ships commercial door hinges. Select Products Limited has an open opportunity for a Shipping and Receiving Associate. As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse. Your attention to detail and ability to accurately prepare outgoing shipments will contribute to our overall efficiency. If you are a reliable team player with experience in warehouse operations, we would love to have you join our team.

In this position you will be responsible for:

• Managing incoming deliveries and verifying the accuracy of the orders
• Ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate processing of outgoing customer shipments
• Packaging, labeling, and processing product in accordance with the customer’s request including fastener packs

The ideal candidate will possess:

• High school diploma/GED
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write and understand verbal instructions spoken in English
• Ability to accurately use and read a tape measure
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain a forklift certification

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to routinely lift 50 pounds, and maximum of 75 pounds individually
• Ability to stand for several hours at a time
• Ability to tolerate repetitive motions

Please note that this position requires physical stamina as it involves lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where meeting deadlines is essential.
