Select Property Management Inc has a need for an on-site resident manager for one of our properties in Winton, CA.
15-20 hours per week.
Wage: $17.00-$17.50 depending on experience
Duties:
- light maintenance
- cleaning vacant units
- show vacant units
- collecting rents
- posting notices,
- grounds keeping
Apartment and salary included
must be able to pass background, drug screen and DMV.
