Now seeking a Brokerage Operations Associate for a fast-growing boutique wealth management firm in New York City. Our client provides investment management and financial planning services to high-net-worth clients. The Back Office Operations Specialist will be key in the operations group. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in the New York City office. This role is an additional hire to a growing team.

Responsibilities
- Complete daily brokerage operations tasks/workflows.
- Provide accurate and timely client support, including processing account paperwork and addressing client inquiries and problems.
- Process and follow up on account paperwork, set up client accounts, maintain client files and records, and generate appropriate statements and reporting.
- Address client inquiries and requests.
- Research and resolve problems.
- Complete cashiering responsibilities and ACH/wire/check requests.
- Provide ongoing account maintenance and review of new and existing account activity.
- Support advisors, analysts, and fellow operations colleagues.
Job Skills and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of operations experience in a financial services environment.
- Prior experience at a Custodian (i.e., Schwab, Fidelity) is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- CRM experience; Junxure Cloud/AdvisorEngine CRM experience is a plus.
