Senior Investment Data Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a Senior Investment Data Analyst to enhance and maintain a centralized investment data repository that supports key decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy, reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Monitor investment data flows, resolving discrepancies with internal and external partners.
• Analyze trends in data exceptions, improving processes and implementing new controls.
• Support data governance, maintaining definitions, workflows, and documentation.
• Develop and produce investment-related reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize investment data processes.

What You Bring

• 5 years of experience in financial services, focusing on investment data management.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, fixed income data, and risk analytics.
• Experience with investment platforms (BlackRock Aladdin, Clearwater, Bloomberg, FactSet).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SQL, Python, R, VBA, or AWS is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CFA designation or progress toward it is a plus.

Hybrid Schedule:

• In-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Remote Monday/Friday)
• Memorial Day to Labor Day: Only two office days per week (14 weeks)
• Three remote weeks: Fourth of July, Thanksgiving week, Week before Christmas
