Telecommunications Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Initiate and process sales for client products and services through face to face communication and direct customer contact
- Train with our top executives to understand our clients, services, and company goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and fellow Telecommunications Account Representatives
- Utilize current knowledge to create and implement strategies that will increase company revenue and profitability
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies
- Professionally represent the company and abide by all company policies when interacting with customers
Telecommunications Account Representative:
- Exceptional at relationship building and communication with new and existing clients
- Ambitious and looking to gain experience in the business world long-term
- Experience in sales, customer service, business development, management, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and drive business revenue
- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Eager to collaborate in a team environment
