Key Responsibilities :

Assess and create individualized plans to address students’ physical and sensory needs.

Provide therapy services to help students improve their functional abilities and independence.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students’ goals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans.

Adapt and develop strategies to help students participate fully in the educational environment.

Qualifications :

Active Illinois Occupational Therapist License is required.

Previous experience in school-based therapy or pediatrics is preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A passion for helping students reach their full potential.
