Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments to identify students’ needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to support students’ mental health and academic success.
- Provide counseling services to students to address emotional, social, and behavioral concerns.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide staff training and resources to foster a positive school culture.
Qualifications:
- Active Illinois School Psychologist License is required.
- Previous experience in school psychology is preferred.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- A passion for helping students succeed academically and emotionally.
