Key Responsibilities :

Assist SLPs in delivering therapy services to students with speech and language needs.

Support the implementation of individualized treatment plans.

Prepare therapy materials and document student progress.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure effective support.

Maintain compliance with IEP goals and reporting requirements.

Ensure a safe and positive therapy environment.

Qualifications :

Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or equivalent.

Active Illinois SLPA License required.

Experience working in a school-based setting preferred.

Strong understanding of IEP implementation and collaboration.

Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
