As an independent agent with us, you’ll work with seniors who’ve requested information—pre-qualified leads delivered to you through tele-sales or direct mail channels. Our proven system is designed to amplify your results, helping agents and agencies outperform industry norms.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage pre-qualified leads via inbound calls or follow-ups from direct mail campaigns, focusing on Medicare and life insurance products.
- Explain policies, coverage options, and benefits using strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Tailor insurance solutions to meet individual customer needs and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using Microsoft Office tools.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to serve clients well.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and protect customer confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in sales, ideally insurance, with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Enthusiasm, work ethic, discipline, and a coachable mindset to build your business.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.
- Understanding that this is an independent opportunity—your effort drives your growth, with our resources backing you.
- Bonus: Multilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) to serve a diverse client base.
